On March 20, Earth-Moon Orbit Space, a member enterprise of China Jing An, officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Lukou District, Zhuzhou City. The launch of the "Kepler Plan Low-Altitude Economy Industrial Project" marks a significant breakthrough in China Jing An's strategic development within the low-altitude economy field. Xu Ke, the chairman of Earth-Moon Orbit Space; Li Xiaotong, the secretary of the Lukou District Party Committee; and Lai Xiaozhi, the deputy secretary of the district Party committee and the district mayor, attended and witnessed this landmark cooperation.
As an important strategic initiative for China Jing An in the low-altitude economy field, the project is located in the Shetou Aviation Industrial Park in Lukou District, Zhuzhou City. The project will build up a low-altitude economy industrial base with a total planned area of 200 mu and a total investment of 1 billion yuan. The first phase will focus on constructing three core sectors: research, development, and manufacturing of aviation power systems as well as the final assembly of large-tonnage large logistics drones and the maintenance and support of engines. The second phase will achieve large-scale production for large logistics drones of the same level.
At the signing ceremony, Chairman Xu Ke introduced the project plan and development prospects to the guests. He pointed out that relying on China Jing An's strategic layout in the low-altitude economy field and the professional advantages of Earth-Moon Orbit Space, the company has developed the ability to cover the entire low-altitude industry chain. This project, upon implementation, will give full play to the industrial cluster advantages of Lukou District and create a globally competitive benchmark for the low-altitude economy industry. The Lukou District Party Committee and the district government attach great importance to the project. District Mayor Lai Xiaozhi indicated that the district Party Committee and the district government will adhere to the concept of "service first"and provide comprehensive supporting services in order to expedite the implementation as well as to achieve tangible outcomes at the early phase, thereby providing solid support for the development of new forms of productive forces and economic growth.
Meanwhile, another strategic layout of Earth-Moon Orbit Space in Nansha District, Guangzhou, has also achieved a breakthrough. On March 21, the factory building that was independently developed by Earth-Moon Space has commenced official operation. This factory building is designed for manufacturing cutting-edge aviation equipment and it is projected to complete the equipment debuggingby the middle of the year. This project marks a crucial step towards the large-scale production of domestic high-end flight control systems. This will inject innovative vitality into China's aerospace, low-altitude economy, and high-end chip research, development and manufacturing fields while simultaneously providing impetus for the development of the science and technology industry cluster in Nansha District.
Relying on its core advantages in aircraft design, intelligent equipment research and development, as well as operation services, Earth-Moon Orbit Space, a member enterprise of China Jing An, accelerates the construction of an integrated ecosystem of industry, education, research and application. Earth-Moon Space has previously reached a strategic cooperation with East China Normal University. By integrating the scientific resources from the university and the innovation capabilities of enterprises, it continuously strengthens its technological advantages in the field of low-altitude economy. China Jing An will continue to play its strengths; rely on national policy dividends; strategically establish fulcrums for the low-altitude economy; and contribute to the enhancement and upgrading of China's low-altitude economy industry ecosystem. It will also contribute advantages to promoting the new quality productive forces while cultivating new drivers of economic growth.
