Against the backdrop of the booming low - altitude economy, on February 20, 2025, Guangzhou Earth-Moon Orbit Space Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Earth-Moon Orbit Space"), a member enterprise of China Jing An Limited (referred to as "China Jing An"), and East China Normal University (referred to as "ECNU") officially signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement at the Beijing headquarters of China Jing An. The two sides will focus on the strategic needs of the national low-altitude economy, integrate technology research and development and educational resources, promote the in-depth integration of industry, education, and research, and empower the innovative development of the low-altitude economy industry. Qian Xuhong, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the president of ECNU, and Jiao Qisen, the chairman of China Jing An, attended the signing ceremony and witnessed this historic moment together. Shi Guoyue, the vice president of ECNU, and Xu Ke, the deputy general manager of China Jing An and the chairman of Earth-Moon Orbit Space, signed the cooperation framework agreement on behalf of the two sides.

At the signing meeting, Chairman Jiao Qisen first delivered a welcome speech to Academician Qian Xuhong's team and introduced the strategic layout of China Jing An. He said that China Jing An, together with its member enterprise Earth-Moon Orbit Space, actively responds to the national strategic layout in the fields of low-altitude economy and commercial aviation. Earth-Moon Orbit Space has been deeply engaged in the low-altitude logistics industry for many years and has built a complete ecological chain with its professional capabilities in aircraft design, software technology research and development, and market operation. This opportunity for school-enterprise cooperation will help draw a new blueprint for China's low-altitude economy.
Qian Xuhong, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the president of East China Normal University, thanked China Jing An and the Earth-Moon Orbit Space team for their warm reception in his subsequent speech and praised the strategic vision of China Jing An and the professional team of Earth-Moon Orbit Space. From the perspective of education and scientific research, he deeply analyzed the broad prospects of cooperation between universities and enterprises. Subsequently, Xu Ke, the chairman of Earth-Moon Orbit Space, introduced the cooperation project in detail to all parties present. He shared the company's core business and innovative achievements in unmanned aircraft and aviation intelligent equipment, and expounded on the significance of this cooperation in promoting scientific and technological innovation and industrial development. He said that he looks forward to joining hands with ECNU to create a globally leading operating system in the field of intelligent space technology.
Witnessed by the senior management of both sides, Shi Guoyue, the vice president of ECNU, and Xu Ke, the vice general manager of China Jing An and the chairman of Earth-Moon Orbit Space, signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement as representatives of the two sides, marking the official establishment of a close strategic partnership between the two sides. Through comprehensive and in-depth cooperation, the two sides will jointly overcome technical problems, cultivate high-quality innovative talents, and promote the rapid transformation of scientific research achievements into industrial applications.
